Two years worked with children, adolescents, and families with Ohioguidestone, Columbus, Ohio. Formal education also includes a Master of Divinity Degree from Tennessee Temple Theological Seminary. He is also a retired Army Chaplain of twenty-four years. Don has been married to wife Millie 47 yrs.

Don additionally provides leadership coaching based upon a Bachelors in Management/Human Resources degree from Park University coupled with 4.5 years of management experience with FedEx as an operations manager in the ares of trucking, sort, and aircraft operations. Additional leadership coaching experience comes from extensive military experience providing leadership across a wide spectrum of personnel and environments including 2.5 years combined military deployments to hazardous duty areas including a year in Iraq (2005).
